The John Mejor Award

This award is made every year by the branch, in association with the Devon Conservation Forum, to a 'place, organisation or person making a real contribution to Devon's environment'. The award commemorates John Mejor's twelve years as the first Executive Secretary of the Devon Conservation Forum (from 1971 to 1983).

Devon County UNISON has supported the Devon Conservation Forum since its creation, reflecting its members' role in promoting environmental responsibility.

However, the branch has not made a presentation since 2004 and (to the Offwell Woodland & Wildlife Trust - and the web pages covering this have been archived.
