There is a location map for
the County Hall campus

From 4pm the County Hall entrance barriers are raised
-
Entrance to the Council Chamber is by security card. Those who have
cards will be able to get in after 6pm
-
Members without security cards need to arrive before 6pm at which
time members on door duty will join the meeting

Travel claim forms will be available at the meeting
Child Care and other Carer Provision
Members who need to arrange for carer provision in order to attend can
claim back costs involved. Claim forms will be available at the meeting.
The Branch will arrange for two child-minders to be present, but
please let us know if you intend
to bring a child / children as we need to ensure that more than two
minders and a larger venue are arranged should there be the demand.
