Non-members welcome but cannot participate if there is a vote.

Access

• From 4 p.m. the County Hall entrance barriers are raised.
• Entrance to the Council Chamber is by security card. Those who have cards will be able to get in after 6 p.m.
• Members without security cards need to arrive before 6 p.m. at which time member(s) on door duty will join the meeting.
• If you have any specific access requirements please let us know in advance.
• Travel claim forms will be available at the meeting.

Child Care and Other Carer Provison

• Members who need to arrange for carer provision in order to attend can claim back costs involved. Claim forms will be available at the meeting.
• The Branch will arrange for two child-minders to be present, but please let us know if you intend to bring a child/children (Tel: 01392 382530) as we need to ensure that more than two minders and a larger venue are arranged should there be the demand.
